It’s Halloween. Tonight you’ll see some ghosts, some witches and some cartoon characters at your door. I hope you have some treats ready to send them away happy. (If you’re like me, you’ll hope you have some left over too!)

What if everyone who came to your office door this week got a treat from you: both the trolls and the superheroes? What would that look like? Perhaps a compliment? A question that shows genuine interest in each one as a person? An affirmation? Maybe just a smile? How will that make them feel? How will that make you feel?
